This Pinot Noir is made from old vines. It has a large range of flavours and is a very complex wine. The wine has delicate flavours of ripe blackberries, which are accompanied by ripe red berries. The wine has a wonderful finish and a good length.

When tasting it you will notice a slight touch of coffee and fine berries. It is a wine with a high expression and an impressive bouquet and a very komplex, long finish.

This is an outstanding red wine, with plenty of soft tannins and full of complex flavours. It is made of Lemberger grapes, known in Austria as Blaufränkisch and in Hungary as Kékfrankos. The name THYMOS is derived from the Greek and means “passion”. You will taste slight hints of coffee, herbs and fine dark berries. This wine has a very high expression and a long finish.

This fine sparkling wine is produced with the so called champagne method: the bottles are hand riddled. It has a fine sparkling mousseux on the palate. You will scent quinces and galia melon, as well as Boskop apple, peach and tangerines. And you will taste impressions of yellow mango on the palate. This sparkling wine has a rich mellowness and a lot of juice.
